Iron Smoke Distillery Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: By participating in Iron Smoke Distillery giveaways, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and a resident of the United States. Employees of Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. By providing your contact information, including your email address, you consent to receive communications from Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC regarding the giveaway and other promotional materials. You may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails.
3. Use of Information: The personal information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, notifying winners, and as otherwise described in Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC’s Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC’s decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the giveaway are final and binding.
5. Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or other prizes. Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
6. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Release of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions: Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Iron Smoke Whiskey LLC in its sole discretion.
10. Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from or relating to the giveaway will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Monroe County, New York.
