Iron Man-Hatten

1 oz sweet vermouth
3 oz Iron Smoke Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 dash bitters (Fee Brothers recommended)
1 maraschino cherry

Combine the vermouth, Iron Smoke Whiskey, and bitters with 2-3 ice cubes in a mixing glass. Stir gently, so you don’t anger the spirits and cloud the drink. Drop in a cherry and erase the day.
